Latest HIT WEB DESIGN UPDATE

Sorry all for the gap in posts. It has been 3 months since our meeting with HIT WEB owners at the state labor commission courtroom. What has developed is that all the owners did not come prepared to combat are disprove our claims as far as wages owed to us. what they did do however is give us a bunch of BS telling us that they had no idea that the company financial situation was what it was, they dis tell us that huge fraud had been perpetrated against all the owners at the hand of Josh Hoershcal and that it would take the courts approximately 6 months to determine whether certain individuals were going to be awarded damages as far as late penalty charges for failure to pay when pay dates fell. They also will be determining whether to add individuals to who is responsible for the debt and possibly remove others since Leah young was the only one who came prepared with hired legal counsel. They might be adding Josh Hoerschal and Kevin Morrill to the names of those responsible for the debt as well as other V.P.'s since they were listed as officers for the company. I love Leah's response to me as i left the courtroom that i was vocal and probably had a hand in getting this to the point it is in the fraud investigation with the county and labor commission. She also said that the best chance we had of getting paid was if they were able to sell the software. I got news for them if they are slow to pay or are a no pay after the judgment has been passed and signed by the judge I will immediately put in an order to show cause for lack of payment I will then get a court order to enter their home with a deputy and be able to remove items from their home for me to sell at fair market value to satisfy the debt. Sorry about the videos i came into update site and lost code. I will continue to leave site up and open for those hurt by these idiots to post their experiences or opinions of Hit Web Design just please refrain from using cuss words and be as professional as possible. Will update as i get new info.

The update regarding this bullshit that the perpetrators are the ones that we have to make sure that their stupid rights are protected, but once that is done there won't be a shadow of a doubt because NONE of us will allow them to get away with it!!!!

Oh and BTW, we noticed that they have job openings that we posted in November. They are not out of business, they are just cowards and moving their alleged money laundering to another location. I can hardly wait until they get caught! I will be there to watch it all go down and provide another video.

They are not going anywhere, but what puts me and others at peace is that now they have been exposed and others and properly determine if they want to throw their money with this company or should I say companies?

I don't think Dave, Leah, Mark, and brad thought too many of us paid attention to what was going on in that place but it really pissed me off when i was there working and my pipeline was overloaded "not according to Tanner" and struggling to handle each customer with the attention they needed and not just pumping out cookie cutter websites. After all didn't hit web boast that we were the largest custom website development company in the U.S. So why give the client a template "wireframe" website that all you had to do was change color and maybe placement of pics and push it on the clients. But back to my point it pissed me off to get those gay ass emails from Brad Stone daily about how much fun he was having on his geezer glide motorcycle in Canada and where he was at and how far he had rode that day while we were struggling to keep the place alive. He is nothing but a R.U.B. (Rich Urban Biker) or fair weather rider as far as the biker community goes. Leah seems to think she can back away from the foursome and cry out as a victim, claiming that she was not invited or involved in the everyday meetings and decisions. Really Leah it was ok and life was going fine until the employees got rowdy and wanted their money since you were getting yours, and didnt care about your financial liability till we started making noise. You were ok with collecting your "Owners" not investors paycheck until it got out of hand and those of us you hate and think are the scum of the earth took action to stop the train wreck since the owners would not, could not do it them selves. Instead Mark Strong paid out a personal loan to a family member from the company account which was I'm sure never repaid. I mean why not the company was going under we will just chalk it up to a bad economy and write it off as a loss. He also claims he was not involved in those meetings. Leah remember that office straight across from the H.R. office you know the one you had your laptop in and all the financial records in those boxes. Ya those ones that you worked on in the building for months instead of your lame excuse that you worked from home and only was in the building for meetings, but oh ya those were the ones you claim you weren't involved in. I saw you everyday don't worry i will be at the hearing at the labor commission for your ill attempt of trying to say you shouldn't have to pay all those late wage claims. Got news for you, you probably should have limited your liability before the shit hit the fan. I f i was investing as much money as you claim you stand to lose I would have told the other owners involve me or buy me out I want off this ride, but you didn't do it. Cute story though. As far as Mark you were in the office daily had many phone calls with you over these B.B.B escalated accounts. These were to be treated as priority accounts do nothing else till these customers are satisfied or cancel. I also have more information about a couple of situations with employees and yourself with so called payroll advances and paying for their lodging instead of just giving them their whole pay check so they could pay their rent and keep their place, you kept yours.
STOP THE LIES. TELL THE TRUTH AND SET YOURSELVES FREE. THE MORE YOU LIE THE MORE THE NETWORK OF US EMPLOYEES WHO BROUGHT YOU DOWN WILL EXPOSE. SAVE YOUR FACE NOW ADMIT TO IT AND SAVE YOURSELVES THE EMBARRASSMENT. DON'T CONTINUE TO INSULT THOSE OF US THAT HAVE A BETTER GRIP OF THE SITUATION THAN YOU DO. YOUR HOUSEKEEPING IS ATROCIOUS. Hit Web Owners Duking it out to Determine Whos Liable for Wages and Customer Refunds

Well here it is notice that Mark and Leah have asked to be removed from liability for extenuating circumstances and their excuses. Funny thing is I am pretty sure that the post office box that had all the wage claims was set up by Leah Young. These 2 individuals are completely stupid thinking they can say that they had no employees directly reporting to them. I personally worked with Mark Strong on countless escalated projects that were actively complaining through the B.B.B. as far as Leah goes she knows who directly reported to her and I will publicly list those names if I need to remind her who they were.

Labor Commission Letters being sent out to employees with open wage claims

Tomorrow I will have a copy of the letter being sent out by the labor commission for Hit Web employees that have wage claims with Hit. I will tell you this that according to the labor commission Leah Young and Mark Strong are pointing their fingers at Dave Aitken and Josh Hoercherl saying that they were not included in the day to day meetings that would involve making decisions as far as what was going on with the company and what was the company going to do to react to the situation. They are also claiming that they were refused access to accounting records when asked to see them. As well as claiming that they had zero employees who reported to them directly. I can say this I worked extensively with Mark Strong on countless web design projects that had been escalated accounts active with the B.B.B and threatening to sue. These were considered priority accounts every thing else was dropped till the specific account was approved and pushed live or there was no way to resolve due to the demands that the customer had placed and asking for a finished product that exceeded their budget or wanted a site that could not be made for the amount of money that they paid by web standards.

David Aitken still hiding and still lying....business as usual

The time is now that you come forward and pay what you owe to the people who made your company every day. Instead you want to try and operate behind the shadows or other peoples names and start up new companies. I would think that for each company there is a certain amount of capital needed why couldn't you have done the right thing and payed off the labor. Instead of lying to them and stonewalling the law until a group of us finally sent notification to those that their rights had been violated and you were indeed committing fraud, theft by deception, and multiple other crimes that you will stand and take accountability for here shortly. Sad thing is you couldn't stop there you had your partners lie to the state as far as wage claims go and you listed paid amounts and dates they were paid. Unfortunately you didn't count on employees keeping those little pieces of paper that you wrote pay advance on thinking you were fooling somebody. That's alright though because again you and your agents will be held accountable for your actions no matter how many or big the list is. Seems to me like your whole family is quite adept to this practice, on several different levels and occasions.

Tanner Wolsey claims death threats against him

Tanner called out three individuals on the complaints board claiming that he has received calls that have been death threats to him and his family. Claims he has phone numbers and doesn't want to involve the police. Less than 24 hours after Tanner called out those 3 people JD Crusier paid a visit to Tanners home knocked on the door. Tanner came to the door but only locked the dead bolt and turned away, he wouldn't even answer the door. So that brings up a couple of questions why is Tanner so afraid of JD, why wouldn't he answer the door especially after requesting that the three individuals get in contact with him. Either by email, text or phone. Well i can imagine why JD didn't do the any of the three options above. Email would have given Tanner a way to get an IP address, text or phone would be able to printed out on a call record and used to what ever ill purposes Tanner could come up with. I think JD made the right choice as far as going face to face because that shows just what kind of character Tanner has. A yellow stripe right down his back. Now if he had the balls to call JD out on the board you would have thought he would have had the balls to talk to him face to face and confront him with his lousy accusation. At this point Tanner is still Tanner all bark no bite. Tanner you can't call some one out and back down just because the way he tried to make contact with you. Get a life and ask your wife for your balls back it's embarrassing.

Great News! HIT Web Design appears to still be in business! They are just operating under a different name. Heritage Web Design LLC and also have spun off their software to ISO Web Works! These jokers still trying wonder how much capital they have left to launch failed business after failed business. Rest assured we will be here to hunt them down and expose them for the filthy liars and cheats that they are. Feeling a little guilty or just curious if you are being implicated in this train wreck

seems to be alot of activity on the blog they are all searching by their first and last name. Must be worried about what someone might know about them. Don't worry will post information as i can. After all we are still in the middle of a huge investigation. Can't release anything too early that would give the involved parties a heads up to come up with some sort of an alibi and that wouldn't be fair to those of us who were truly innocent just pawns in their game.

Tanner Wolsey

So It gets exciting Tanner is (or some one allegedly calling them selves Tanner)is on the complaints boards calling people out and whining about death threats. He claims to have phone numbers but for some strange reason doesn't want to involve the cops. Can't quite figure out his motivation at this point since it is so late in the game. Why now try to defend his honor or whats left of what some one would call honor. All I can say is this is better than T.V. They should make a series out of this drama. Just when you think it is done the drama restarts and the plot thickens. Damn this kinda stuff has ratings all over it..... Stay tuned

David Aitken

Sorry for the long lapse in entries but today I feel the need to make sure that all parties involved I.E. David Aitken, Jeremy Aitken, Brad Stone, Mark Strong, and lets not forget the lovely yet talented Leah Young. Then the least famous names but still had their hand in the fraud and lies or "misrepresentation or the spreading and enabling of the filth and propaganda" that we all experienced from these fools, as well as the day to day operations Tanner Wolsey will save my comments for him and Matt on a separate post for each individual, Matt Nelson, Jamie Davis who lied to everyone about paychecks distributed nsf checks knowing that they would not clear but on a hope that the employee would just deposit in their personal account, Christine Howard, who by the way her father is a well known judge in the 4th circuit in Provo, was aware of the level and extent of fraud that was happening and meekly mentioned to the owners that what they were doing was wrong. Managements answer was they didn't care they wouldn't get caught because "No one knows how to prosecute us" yes these very words are from Mr Aitken himself. Her response to this was that she wasn't gonna stick around while it was going on but as the company's chief H.R. representative it was her duty to report it to the proper authorities and act on our best behalf as well as be the line of defense between labor and management. We are getting a little movement at the prosecutors level but still slow due to amount of information we have provided them and continue to provide. The main reason for me post today is simple. If you Google any one of the above names it is very difficult to find any association between them and their ownership, investment responsibilities, and just to cut to the chase their specific involvement with HIT WEB DESIGN. I will not stand by and allow time to separate the link of these individuals and their involvement or crimes they have committed while at HIT WEB DEIGN or simply running and hiding at ISO WEBWORKS while leaving us in their wake of greed and destruction. They may not be operating out of the building in American Fork that we have become so familiar with, but mark my words we will find them and expose them for the thief's and criminals they really are. Because ultimately if we do not do this we are enabling them to hurt others over and over. Oh ya can't forget Kevin Morrill and his brave yet fruitless attempt to paint a new face on Hit Web Design and continue to defraud people. Wonder how many more names this family has that they can continue to use to get business licenses with or stash money or write checks to family members and other individuals that were not and had not been employees at Hit Web Design. Again apologize for length of time between posts will try to make them more timely.

Still waiting for Leah Young to respond truthfully to the wage claim that I have filed with the state. Since the information she provided so clearly shows changes to the company policy hand book across the board there is no way they were able to notify people in a timely matter. But then again isn't that exactly the way they wanted it. They figured that if they just left a big mess in their wake it would take those investigating them forever to sift through it and get to the truth. Thank god for devices that can scan and save communication whether it be by email, phone, or regular mail. I was able to present those items to the state where not only does it prove that they lied to us employees but that they tried to lie to the state thinking that none of us would be smart enough to save those small payroll installments, or emails, and messages on our phones. It sure will be interesting what the penalty's will be for perjury after they get the judgment slapped on them for late fees and the rest of my wages.

Ooops I think Tanner saw me,,,, Damn

For some reason the audio I picked for the video fits in so many ways. Your right when Tanner was unloading an item out of his car he did see me. The item in his hands is actually a trash can. So his response was to have an employee that I did not recognize drive past me, funny thing is he drove past me broke his neck looking at me made a U-turn as soon as he crossed the railroad tracks parked in front of the building and hurried out of the car back into the building. It was about 10 minutes later that an American Fork police officer pulled up behind me attempting to make a felony stop because some one had reported me an my vehicle suspicious and that I had a gun in my hand and possible explosives. I am in the works of doing a grama request to obtain the written police report as well as the written statement that I provided to the officer as to why I was there and what I was doing. Am also expecting to have Utah County dispatchers release to me the 911 call for verification of the individual who not only made the call but also provided false information and making a fake 911 call. Should be interesting to see what their response is going to be in court. So enjoy the fruits of my labor sorry for the delay in getting it posted life happens right.

Well you asked for it and here it is finally had to make sure that the video made it to the county attorney and that I was allowed to let it be viewed by the public. At his time it will probably give up my identity but at this point I don't care. Not only have I taken my hat off and thrown it in the ring I have gone to great lengths to provide information and evidence to the prosecutor. for all of those that are still suffering keep your heads up there will be some announcements made shortly that will make us all happy, or at least dull the pain.

Matt Cronkhite & Tanner Wolsey

The word on the street is that Tanner and Matt Cronkhite Are starting at a new company on Monday. I do have a name but I don't want to post lies on here this site is about exposing and uncovering them. Will have verification on Monday want make sure that we haven't been fed another story to distract us. Until then sounds like Sonny Olsen got paid and is now signing and responding to wage claims. The only problem is the numbers don't match what the employees had claimed, but that's no surprise pretty hard for Hit to keep the books straight with the problems they have staring them in the face right now. Hope those that went to ISO Webworks are at least getting paid that would suck to be told that Iso Webworks was a different company and would not honor or pay the debt that HIT owed those employees. Hope they didn't fall for the same battle cry knowing that the first one failed miserably, and was being cried out by the same group of people. There is a saying "fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me." Oops here is another one of their oversights trying to do a demo of the store. Guess they didn't know how to set the color palette to apply to the store. What have they got to hide or be scared of I thought is was the economy that caused all this grief.

These people are in the midst of a serious investigation for fraud on a massive scale. To the tune of over 17,000,000. Don't be fooled these people or this company is the same entity run by the same group of clowns only difference is the names listed as the owners or listed agents. They better figure something out soon can't imagine that they have too many more names in the family that don't have some type of lien or judgment on them.
