Ooops I think Tanner saw me,,,, Damn

For some reason the audio I picked for the video fits in so many ways. Your right when Tanner was unloading an item out of his car he did see me. The item in his hands is actually a trash can. So his response was to have an employee that I did not recognize drive past me, funny thing is he drove past me broke his neck looking at me made a U-turn as soon as he crossed the railroad tracks parked in front of the building and hurried out of the car back into the building. It was about 10 minutes later that an American Fork police officer pulled up behind me attempting to make a felony stop because some one had reported me an my vehicle suspicious and that I had a gun in my hand and possible explosives. I am in the works of doing a grama request to obtain the written police report as well as the written statement that I provided to the officer as to why I was there and what I was doing. Am also expecting to have Utah County dispatchers release to me the 911 call for verification of the individual who not only made the call but also provided false information and making a fake 911 call. Should be interesting to see what their response is going to be in court. So enjoy the fruits of my labor sorry for the delay in getting it posted life happens right.

Well you asked for it and here it is finally had to make sure that the video made it to the county attorney and that I was allowed to let it be viewed by the public. At his time it will probably give up my identity but at this point I don't care. Not only have I taken my hat off and thrown it in the ring I have gone to great lengths to provide information and evidence to the prosecutor. for all of those that are still suffering keep your heads up there will be some announcements made shortly that will make us all happy, or at least dull the pain.

Matt Cronkhite & Tanner Wolsey

The word on the street is that Tanner and Matt Cronkhite Are starting at a new company on Monday. I do have a name but I don't want to post lies on here this site is about exposing and uncovering them. Will have verification on Monday want make sure that we haven't been fed another story to distract us. Until then sounds like Sonny Olsen got paid and is now signing and responding to wage claims. The only problem is the numbers don't match what the employees had claimed, but that's no surprise pretty hard for Hit to keep the books straight with the problems they have staring them in the face right now. Hope those that went to ISO Webworks are at least getting paid that would suck to be told that Iso Webworks was a different company and would not honor or pay the debt that HIT owed those employees. Hope they didn't fall for the same battle cry knowing that the first one failed miserably, and was being cried out by the same group of people. There is a saying "fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me." Oops here is another one of their oversights trying to do a demo of the store. Guess they didn't know how to set the color palette to apply to the store. What have they got to hide or be scared of I thought is was the economy that caused all this grief.

There revolutionary design software is stolen from HIT WEB DESIGN, Heritage Management Services, Hit Development, Heritage Web Solutions, Heritage Internet Technologies or what ever new name they have for a company front. These people are in the midst of a serious investigation for fraud on a massive scale. To the tune of over 17,000,000. Don't be fooled these people or this company is the same entity run by the same group of clowns only difference is the names listed as the owners or listed agents. They better figure something out soon can't imagine that they have too many more names in the family that don't have some type of lien or judgment on them.

Matt Cronkhite

Apparently Matt Cronkhite has had enough of the cyber kung fu and has since stopped defending hits lies. Seems to me he had a lot to say about how good Hit Web was and that he had privileged information because he asked about the IRS Liens. Wow i dont know why I didn't think to ask about the AETNA judgment and of course the 2 temp agencies they stole labor and services from. Lets not forget about United Health Care, Google, Fibernet, Outsource designers the list goes on too long to involve every body. I asked and got 2 different stories in less than a month they didn't even remember telling me one story and then offered another one to the very same question. It's obvious that his loyalty and integrity can be bought and can be persuaded to be the company yes man. As he was a manager, team lead, or vp what ever they were calling their supervisors that day I can only imagine what his price was to be included in the invitation only offering of jobs to HIT WEB DESIGN employees. Wonder if Kevin had enough tact to at least wait till the other soon to be unemployed employees had left the building before they started talking about what time everybody needed to show up for work @ ISO WEBWORKS the very next day. Now apparently he no longer works at ISO WEBWORKS and wont talk about I. His mouth must still be full of crow. Employers beware the companies he recently no longer working for is under serious fraud investigation to the tune of over 17,000,000+ taxes and wages have not been paid but a select few out of 150 employees where extended an offering of a job the same day HIT WEB DESIGN closed down. The group consisted of all the former vp's and owners as well as the top salesman that had the most complaints of unauthorized charges than any one. Still have no idea why Greg Woods is being so loyal they must really have some dirt on him.

ISO Web Works - Worst service around!

When HIT Web Design received those liens from the IRS, they thought of a spectacular plan. Lets defraud them some more and open up a new business and put the business under another family member's name. It appears the only family member dumb enough to do this would be Mr Kevin Morrill himself. LOL Good luck! Hope that big bubba goes easy on you.

HIT WEB DESIGN answers back to wage claims

Well looks like we got them to respond to wage claims mine was one of them. Unfortunately they think I'm stupid I was only claiming the back wages for Jan 2011 and Feb 2011 but due to their insults on them being able to make changes to their company policy at any time and that we need to abide by them just pissed me off, can't believe they think that just cause you signed it over a year ago they can make any changes with out notifying us. It also states in their policy that they would notify us by email or inter department memo so we could at least ask our supervisors any questions if we had any, instead just a couple of days before they shutdown in fact the day the email was sent to every employee on how to file a wage claim and that HIT was under investigation for fraud it was at this point they decided they better have H.R. go around to every employee and council them on it as well as sign it to add to the employees file. At this point I have rounded up all the payroll advance slips they gave me all the way back to September 2010. I will now amend my claim to show these amounts and demand payment for all that money @ 5% per day. Who do these jerks think they are. Guess they didn't count on my tenacity or the level of greed I had for my money especially how hard I worked for it. I hope D.C.F.S ends up taking their kids. Wouldn't that suck came all the way to America from a already busted ass home only to be in a head on stare with the same circumstances. Only difference is in Haiti their parents either couldn't afford to care for them or never knew them now they are here and the one hope they had to be with someone who actually cared for them other than a state run agency. I feel for them kids cant get a decent break in life.

Wonder if this guy even gets a clue. He is listed as they agent for this company but sits on his ass and wont even take a phone call he has his secretary on a pull string so here only response is to please send an email to ceo@hitwebdesign.com and they will take care of it. what he doesnt understand is that email never went to dave or the owners it went to 2 peons in customer service. That's right 2 yes men for daves personal pleasure. It still has not been responded to by any emails that I have sent to it so who does he think he's kidding. Guess we will just have to report him to the bar and see what he says about that.

HIT WEB DESIGN

Cant believe that these people still have their site up. I can understand making sure that people are aware that they need to get in touch with fibernet but they dont need to continue selling websites or allowing people to get a free quote. These people are in need of a lesson. Unfortunately it won't come fast enough and at this point they probably think they are getting away with it. Well reality is about to set in real quick the honey moon is over for these people. Watch them cry for mercy when they stand before the court to answer to their crimes. Oh i have diabetes I cant got to jail, or I have cancer i dont have much longer to live take pity on me. Well all I can say there were employees that had health problems or issues and when they came for help they were turned away quickly with a "I'd love to help but i just can't do anything at this time." Like i said we all need to be present at time of sentencing so we can say our piece to the judge as victims of this horrible family.

ISO WEBWORKS EMPLOYEES

Damn i am sure glad i was never extended an invitation to move with these clowns from Hit Web to ISO Web Works. It just goes to show you that all the people that went especially all the vps's and management they were dirty before and because they were in for a nickle the were in for a dollar they had no choice. What if they refused would Dave and his crew pull some skeleton out of the closet and say if you quit us now we will expose you for what ever ill deed that was committed by the employee but swept up by Hit Web for later use. You owe us and if it wasn't for us way back then you would be in jail or your family would know that you did these acts. Sure will be interesting here soon sounds like some people have quit ISO webworks already guess it wasn't everything it was cracked up to be. Or maybe they weren't getting paid over there either. Or maybe they figured they better get out before the names are tied into this mess. To late already got you guys on camera its just a matter of time before it all catches up to all of you. I just hope we get to be there when it all goes down would love to see the looks on candace's face when the judgements come down off the bench and she will finally see what a liar and a thief David really is.

This post is to simply express my disgust with the lies that Tanner Wolsey has spewed out of his ass simply because his mouth knows better. I cant wait to see how the investigation names him and his involvement. Just to let you know that when charges are filed against him they will be felonies or federal which means if he were to run to Canada it would be a good time to do it now. After the charges are filed against him the door at the border will be forever closed to him.

Labor Commision responds

the last 48 hours have been rather exciting with the events between Sonny Olsen and the Labor Commission. We seem to have struck a nerve with Hit Web Design and their lawyer as well as the labor commission. All of a sudden we have had a response to 28 wage claims, so for those of you have put in a wage claim the person to get in touch with is Jose Blanco he is handling all of HIT Web Designs wage claims. To all those waiting we are moving forward just slowly please be patient. We have had a lot of people viewing the blog that I have set up but not a whole lot of posts or comments. Please feel free to post anonymously I have set it up to do so. The only content that I will be moderating is the spam and advertisements, feel free to vent and let all of us know how David Aitken, Leah Young, Mark Strong, Brad Stone, Kevin Morrill, Hit Web design and of course ISO Webworks has screwed you over.

Utah Labor Commision responds

here is the latest details from the labor commission since the team recently raised a stink at sonny olsens office and the labor commission. Funny how all it took was a threat to show up with picket signs smearing sonny olsens partnership with hit webdesigns infamous name. So the labor commission called me today to inform me that the had received multiple responses from responsible parties at hit web design regarding wage claims, this means that you need to call the wage claim agent responsible for processing your claim. Just wanted to let all of you know out there that there is a group of us diligently working behind the scenes with the utah county attorney's office and make calls to the labor commission reminding them of there responsibility is as public servants for the state of utah. As far as sonny olsen goes if he wants to keep up the smoke screen we will show up in numbers in front of his business as well as his private home, at this point if he doesn't believe we are serious. As for David Aitken and gang we reserve the same treatment for you but cannot guarantee your safety if you continue to drag this out and not own up to what you have done. Quit blaming the economy and place it squarely where it belongs right on your shoulders.

Sonny Olsen quits Hit Web Design

So the words right out of Sonny Olsens mouth to day is he no longer represents Hit Web design or Iso Web Works and he is no longer the listed agent to be served on HIT's behalf. I was told that if I had issues with wage claims that I had entered I needed to call the labor commission. I asked him why they were not responding to the wage claims sent to them from the state. He had no answer, except to take it up with the labor commission. I then asked him why it was that all the other names listed to serve were not responding as well since the letters are being sent out to the appropriate addresses as well as the P.O. box that Hit Web has set up. No one is checking it or they are failing to grab the letters from the state. Which then they are returned to sender as undeliverable. These punks think that if they dont respond they wont have judgments placed against them. My question is what are the so worried about its not like the care about the other 17 + million in debt against them. They state is equally to blame because there is a set respond date for HIT Web and its named affiliates to respond in otherwise they lose in default. They allowed Leah Young to respond to my claim 6 days past the time in which they are allowed.

So we are still waiting for some kind of statement from HIT WEB DESIGN and SONNY OLSEN. Last we heard we were all told that they needed a couple of days to formulate a hail mary pass company save. Guess their decision was to try and keep as much damage control as they can to push the complaints down the page so they can milk money from their unsuspecting customers. I wonder I SONNY OLSEN is prepared to lose his partnership at his law firm and license over this case. Wonder if he really thinks he is going to get paid and if he has discovered how many people got screwed by HIT WEB DESIGN and never received their wages or refunds for web sites. If he was smart he would run not walk away from these evil people. There is a saying "If you lay down with dogs you will get fleas" , and these guys are the worst infestation of fleas.

What do they have in common. Well they are the exact same program minus name changes and maybe a different color scheme as well as logos. Does HIT Web and ISO webworks really think that they can continue to operate in this fashion or as HIT Web always had. The answer for some is why not the State of UTAH is renowned for it's weakness as far as being able to prosecute let alone investigate fraud cases. They are to busy worrying about the children that are being abused or whether to decriminalize polygamy. I guess when it comes down to it when you draw a line in the sand it was to be a battle or challenge that is at least obtainable in ones mind. It is for this reason that Hit web chose to business here and require their customers to sign the TOS and agree if any disputes litigation would be confined the the laws and borders of this state. Funny how all those that are charged with and hold public office to defend and protect the state and the citizens that reside with in it. We are clearly not getting the services we need or expect from high level politicians and judges. It is scary what they will hold there hand out for instead. Seems to me the only good business for those individuals is the campaigning business where their efforts bring in whirlwinds of cash to keep them in office as well as keep the interests of parties that as a whole are not interested in the greater good for Utahs citizens. They are more about what jobs can they line up for or whos man can rally the group to pass a law that does not work for us Citizens and not for the government. They need to realize who put them in the positions of which they hold.
